Returns and Exchanges

  • I do not accept return of artwork.
  • If you would like to exchange it for another item from my shop, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
  • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and state for exchanges to be processed.
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Because of the custom nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept exchanges for:
    • Rolled Canvas art prints
    • Stretched Canvas art prints
    • Custom Orders
    • Items on sale

I respond to questions and chats very quickly, often immediately or within 24 hours. As the artist and maker, I personally love to answer any questions you may have before you make a purchase. I have tried to address most of the frequently asked questions in this section, but if there is anything you need to ask, I am just a message or email away.

Shipping Times and Delivery

  • All my orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days. All my large prints, canvas prints and stretched canvas prints are custom printed to order and the printing time varies between 48 hours to 5 business days depending on the nature and size of the artwork.
  • If I anticipate any delays, I reach out to the buyer directly, through the email provided with the order.
  • Due to the ongoing COVID 19 Global pandemic, processing and shipping times vary greatly from one area to another and is dependent on the mail carrier service of the buyer's country.
  • I pack all my orders with love, care and thought, while consciously trying to reduce my footprint on the environment and use recyclable or reusable packaging wherever possible.
  • I send ALL my orders with a tracking number, which is sent out to the buyer as soon as the item ships out. It ensures safety and trackability till the package reaches its destination.
  • Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. The customs are charged by the buyer's country and I have no way of knowing or predicting any custom charges that may apply.
  • I track each order till it gets to its destination safely, and if I notice any delays or problems, I will contact the buyer with the details.
  • The information you provide at checkout is completely safe. I DO NOT share any of the buyer information on any platform. I only use it to communicate with the buyer directly, regarding their order.
  • I do not send out unsolicited email marketing, unless subscribed.

Frame Recommendations: Small and Medium Commercial Frames for my prints

Every buyer who purchases my art, makes it their own, in their space. I have no way of predicting how buyers will eventually hang the artwork and so, I try to include an additional white border with all my artwork.

An additional border, helps artworks stay firmly behind a mat/mount opening. If you'd like the artwork exactly to size, I will trim the border and have the art flush to size. There is no additional cost to add or trim the border.

If you are not sure, I always recommend having the extra border, which can always be trimmed if not needed when you frame the art.

I also try to size the artwork to fit standard commercially available frames. Since all commercially available frames are not the same, I also take care to ensure that the main areas of the artwork do not get cut even with a little bit of overhang behind mats/ mounts or within the borders of the frame.

Care Instructions

Please lay out the prints flat after you receive them. Larger prints that ship rolled up in mailing tubes, may need about 24 hours to straighten out before you frame them.

I also recommend that after framing, the artwork not be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Even with inkjet printing on art quality paper, long term exposure to direct sunlight may cause discoloration over time.

Reviews and Social Media sharing

The favourite part of my work, is seeing my art up in your homes. Seeing pictures of my art in your homes, how you make it your own, is a very special and humbling feeling.

When you leave a review, it helps my small business reach more people like yourself.

In the day and age of social media, a share, a follow, a review or a "like" goes a long way. It helps us stay connected, not just as buyer and seller but as an artist and connoisseur, as makers and supporters.

Your love, support and shares help my art reach a wider audience and strengthens the connection of how art brings people together.

You can follow me on my social media platforms (linked below), share pictures of the art and tag @soulcurryart in them. You can also get a glimpse of my behind the scenes work, my musings, my real life, my love for color or simply, a daily dose of inspiration.

Reach out and say hello, I will ALWAYS respond back.
