Welcome to Ignite, a place where I offer you courses that ignite passion, invite curiosity, infuse creative practices and insights into your own journey as creatives.
My most deepest memories and art practices have been rooted and shaped by my teachers, when I was a young art student. The teachers who made the most impact on me as a young student were those that had fire to learn with a passion to teach.
When I left art school, embarked on my professional path, I continued to teach in small and big ways.
From 1997-2005, I taught at the University level, in India, teaching color theory, composition, layout and design thinking to undergrads. Since then, teaching has been part of my life. I have spoken at conferences, worked as a mentor, guiding talented artists to embrace their creativity. I've hosted demonstrations to groups and at corporate events on the power and connection of art and creative thinking. I've taught all levels and ages. Watching my students thrive, flourish and move with confidence is an exceptional feeling.

I was drawn to this piece as soon as I saw it, but having it in my home is more impactful than I expected. The colours are calm but the dynamics of the image keep you searching, and yet, I feel connected. It is beautiful.

Magnificent artwork! Very different from all other designs out there. Perfectly sized to fit on any desk. Of note is the season-specific designs shown in different months.
