Returns and Exchanges

  • I do accept conditional return of artwork.
  • Because of the custom nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept exchanges for:
  • Custom Orders
  • Items on sale
  • Gift Cards
  • If you would like to exchange it for another item from my shop, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
  • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and state for exchanges to be processed.
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I respond to questions and chats very quickly, often immediately or within 24 hours.

As the artist and maker, I personally love to answer any questions you may have before you make a purchase. I have tried to address most of the frequently asked questions in this section, but if there is anything you need to ask, I am just a message or email away.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Damage Reporting: 
Please inspect your order upon reception & contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This is important so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. I would need as many photographic documentation in line with the carrier’s term to process the damage claims. It is a must for me to process the damage claim with the carrier.

Exclusion:
All valid damage claims will result in a replacement order at no extra cost EXCEPT damages resulting from improper handling or delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

Liability and Responsibility:

  • I am not responsible for lost orders or delays due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a recipient refuses delivery or customs duties are denied, no refund or replacement will be provided.
  • The Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees applicable to shipments.
  • SoulCurryArt.com’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, excluding indirect or consequential damages.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
